Order Processing We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If you still can't locate it, email our support team and we will do our best to help you locate it.
